SUPERVISION SERVICES?
I believe supervision is an integral part of our journey as a mental health professional, support being key. As much as technical skills are important, it is also imperative you exude the right balance of confidence and trust in yourself, and your skills. As a supervisor I like to be holistic in my approach, my supervisees find me approachable and someone they can dump their troubles on. I am serious about ethics, skill development and making sure you are not undermining yourself. I specialize in trauma and anxiety, take sessions for children, teenagers and young adults. My style is mostly eclectic, largely drawn from Narrative, Trauma work and CBT models. Case conceptualization for me is based on a biopsychosocial point of view. I’ll try my best to help you out with your concerns.
