I am Suramya Agrawal, an anxious immigrant, mom of 2 young kids and also a Registered Psychotherapist.
With over 10 years of experience working with anxiety, I have designed this program where we use Psychotherapy to help you really take in big and small leaps in life and not let anxiety take the most of it.

When working with life transitions and anxiety pertaining to that, we work with evidence based techniques where we educate ourselves about our emotions, learn to manage them better.
Additionally, we help you create a tool kit as a part of your treatment plan which can give you long term relief and also the confidence to deal with your anxiety.
